Last night we had some friends over for dinner and while we were all watching an Easter clip online (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=EpFhS0dAduc), Sam scooted over next to Julia and casually slipped his arm around her waist. It was SO cute. We were all trying not to laugh and pay attention to the little video, but boy was it really sweet.
We had a terrific Easter weekend. On Friday night we decorated Easter eggs. Julia had a blast and loved to check the eggs to see if they were the right color before pulling them out of the dye. She'd look at the egg and say, "Not yet." The clean up with dumping the dye down the sink was just as much fun.
Saturday morning we went to our ward's Easter activity. We enjoyed beautiful weather and an outdoor Easter egg hunt.
And, Sunday was perfect. Julia got an Easter basket and new dress. Austin got a Little People school bus. Somehow Julia didn't open one egg from the Easter egg hunt so those eggs made their way back into her basket along with a few additional things and then on Sunday she opened an egg with our prompting and discovered that there was candy inside! We all took an afternoon nap after Stake Conference (something that rarely happens any more) and then had a great time with friends. It really was a perfect Easter.

Julia is looking so grown up! Your Easter pics are darling... such a beautiful family! We're sad you are leaving so soon. Thanks for the congrats. We are really excited.
