Job Satisfaction

Layne loves what he does. He has such a high level of job satisfaction. He's amazed at how he's able to change someone's life by straightening their teeth and correcting malocclusion. Usually seeing his patients smile, have their confidence and self-esteem increase is all the thanks he needs to know that he's chosen the best career for him. Occasionally he'll get a thank you card that reaffirms how happy the patient is with all the hard work that went into their smile. Yesterday he came home with this little token of thanks and a card from a patient that just got her braces off. Nothing says job satisfaction more than a beautiful smile.
